Welcome to Jans Maid & Employment Agency. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are aligned with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations in Singapore.

1. Services

We provide domestic helper placement, processing, documentation, and advisory services. All placements are subject to MOM approval and prevailing laws.

2. Employer Responsibilities

Employers must comply with MOM’s regulations on salary, levy, rest days, and insurance for foreign domestic workers (MDWs).
Employers must ensure a safe and suitable living environment for the MDW.

3. Fees & Payments

All service fees, instalment plans, and levies are to be paid as agreed. Refunds, if applicable, will follow agency and MOM guidelines.

4. Replacement Policy

Employers may request replacement of an MDW within the agreed replacement period under the agency’s replacement policy.

5. Liability

While Jans Maid takes care to match suitable MDWs, we are not liable for disputes arising between employers and MDWs after deployment. Disputes will follow MOM’s resolution channels.
