Founded by Miss Nora, Jans Maid was born out of compassion. After witnessing families struggle with unclear fees, frequent mismatches, and poor after-care, she set out to build a trusted employment agency with heart — making it easier to hire a reliable domestic helper without confusion or stress.
Even today, Miss Nora personally reviews candidate shortlists, including transfer maid profiles and direct hire applications, ensuring every recommendation meets strict quality standards. Each helper is carefully screened — someone she would confidently select for her own home.
