1. Our Services

We provide maid agency and employment agency services in Singapore, including foreign domestic worker placement, matching, documentation, application processing, renewals, transfers, and related advisory services.

All placements, applications and approvals are subject to the requirements of the Ministry of Manpower (“MOM”), applicable laws, and the relevant authorities.

2. Use of This Website

The information on this website is provided for general information only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all content, maid profiles, availability, fees or timelines shown on this website are complete, current or error-free.

We may update, change or remove website content at any time without prior notice.

3. Service Agreements, Fees and Payments

Detailed terms relating to service scope, fees, payment schedules, replacement arrangements and refunds are set out in the separate written service agreement signed between the customer and our agency.

Where applicable, refunds and other employer protections will be subject to the signed service agreement and MOM requirements, including any mandatory refund rules applicable to employment agencies placing migrant domestic workers.

4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers are responsible for complying with all applicable MOM rules and Singapore laws relating to the employment of migrant domestic workers, including salary payment, levy, rest days, insurance, medical care, safe accommodation and other employer obligations.

Employers must also provide accurate and complete information to us when requesting our services.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

We will use reasonable care and skill in providing our services, including matching and processing support. However, we do not guarantee that any particular worker will be available, suitable, approved by MOM, medically fit, or successfully placed, and we do not guarantee the future conduct, performance or compatibility of any worker after deployment.

Placement outcomes remain subject to regulatory approval and the ongoing employer-worker relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from the employment relationship between employer and worker after placement.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.

7. Third-Party Links and Communications

This website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or social-media services for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of any third-party site or service.

Where you contact us through WhatsApp, social media or online forms, your communication will also be subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including text, branding, layout, graphics and logos, belongs to Jans Maid & Employment Agency and/or Jans Maid Pte Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission, except for personal and non-commercial use.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

Any dispute relating to the use of this website or our services shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

Where a separate signed service agreement applies, disputes relating to the agency service relationship will be handled according to the terms of that agreement and applicable MOM processes.
